Solution
- A diagnostic cosmetic waxup is completed to function as a prototype of the final treatment, allowing visualization of the final result before treatment is initiated.
- Provisional veneers are placed to confirm the accuracy of the cosmetic waxup and allow any final adjustments to be made. These esthetic temporary veneers are worn during the completion of the final veneers.
- A procedure is performed on the gum tissue to allow for improved tooth length of the central and lateral incisors.
- Final porcelain laminate veneers are placed on 10 teeth. The color, shape, and length of the veneers are in harmony with the facial features, the result is a warm, natural, and beautiful smile.

- Periodontal surgery is performed to reduce pockets and arrest gum recession
- The unsightly splint is removed
- A porcelain-covered bridge, porcelain veneers, and a porcelain crown are placed
- The teeth are splinted and therefore no longer loose
- The smile has a beautiful shape and natural contour, and the teeth have a natural and uniform shade that blends into the skin tones.
